Privacy policy

Level Auto is an auto repair shop at 2212 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario. This policy covers personal information collected through levelauto.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We only collect what you choose to give us, to respond to you and to work on your vehicle:

• Quote requests. Your name, phone number and email, your vehicle's year, make and model, its VIN if you provide it, the service you are asking about, and your message. We use these to prepare a quote and contact you about it.
• Appointments. Booking happens on Square's booking page, which collects the details needed to schedule your visit.
• Live chat. Anything you type into the chat window, and any contact details you share there.
• Calls and email. Whatever you tell us when you contact us directly.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels on this website, and we do not sell personal information.

Some parts of this website are provided by other companies. When you use those parts, the company involved receives the information needed to provide them, under its own privacy policy. Their servers may be outside Canada.

• Web3Forms delivers quote form submissions to our email.
• Square runs appointment booking.
• Crisp provides the live chat window.
• TireConnect provides the online tire search and tire shop, including any order you place through it.
• Trustindex displays our Google reviews.
• Google Maps shows our location.
• Render and Cloudflare host and deliver this website, and, like any web server, keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses and browser type.

This website does not set cookies of its own. The chat window, tire search, reviews display and map may set cookies or use similar browser storage to work — for example, to keep a chat conversation open between pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some of those features may not work without them.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide the service, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Access is limited to the staff who need it, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, theft and unauthorized access.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to legal and contractual limits.
