The machine never puts a steel bar against your wheel. Nothing metal touches the rim at any point, which is what protects polished, painted, and low-profile aftermarket wheels from the gouges a conventional tire machine leaves.

Rubber valve stems perish, so new ones are included with every mount and balance. Vehicles with TPMS sensors need a service kit instead — new seals, grommet, and cap rather than a whole new sensor — which is charged separately.

Yes. Bring them in, or have them shipped to the shop, and we'll fit and balance them the same way we would tires bought from us.

Balancing is part of the mount and balance service, which is charged per tire on top of the price of the tires themselves — you'll see it costed separately before you order. Road Force balancing, which loads the tire against a roller to find defects standard balancing can't see, is a further service worth considering if you've had vibration trouble before.
